Have no concern for customers business whatsoever. Left a message at the desk that we wanted a car the next day but was not contacted at all. The next morning we waited at the desk, which was un-occupied for 15mins. We were told the operator had "gone for a break" despite only having been open 10mins. Eventually we gave up and left disappointed as our plans for the day were ruined. Would find it hard to recommend this service (or lack of it) to anybody. If I only I could give zero stars!!!
Just spent 35 minutes on hold. It starts ringing and says we're sorry your call cannot be transferred, call again later...after I listened to 35 minutes of their recorded message of how wonderful they are...
