We had a haku lei and maile sent to the Mainland for our daughters wedding. The flowers were outstanding! Perfect condition. They arrived a day ahead of time. And when my daughter opened the box she cried. Mahalo!
My daughter is attending BYUH and living at home for the first time in her life. I am in Arizona so I could not be there for her birthday. I was unable to send her a package in time, and I was worried that she would feel sad and alone on her birthday. I called North Shore Weddings & FLowers to see if they would be able to drop off some flowers for my daughter. Liz asked if I also wanted a cake so I said yes. I wanted it to be a surprise but that day, my daughter decided make things a little more difficult and go the beach. She was unreachable! The owner patiently waited all day until my daughter came back from the beach. By the time my daughter got back to her room, it was quite late. Not only did Liz drop off the flowers and the cake but she also sang Happy Birthday to her!! My daughter was so surprised and so touched that she started to cry! I will be forever grateful to Liz for going out of her way to fullfill a mother's wish. I have never had someone care so much about ensuring customer satisfaction! She put herself in my shoes and treated my situation as if it were her own daughter. I will never forget this! From now on, I will be sure to use North Shore Weddings and Flowers when I need to send flowers in Oahu!
I like to send my wife flowers from time to time, but she works along the north shore. Each time, without fail, Liz at Shore Weddings and Flowers has come through.
