Lovely Beach, average snorkeling, saw a few fish. Protected Bay, quite safe for learners

Free parking lot and you can go restaurant.

Nice place for snokling

Front of turtle bay resort.

Parking is plenty and free, but the water is a bit murky and reef is disappointing, the current is fairly strong and sometimes it's hard to pull yourself forward (and mind you I am fairly fit mid 30 person ). Not much sealife - about what you can see on Waikiki for example or anywhere else. Not worth the drive if you're not there already. Definitely not "one of the best snorkeling spots". On a plus side is the golden soft sand, green shady area and not many people, a sea lion was asleep at the beach. There are showers, restroom, drinkable water fountain. The bar at doesn't disappoint either.

This cove is a beginner's paradise. It was excellent in that the waves and swells were almost non-existent. The approach into the water was gradual and sandy, which made getting in and out relatively ease (it never is with snorkeling gear). The fish were small but colorful, but the coral appeared bleached white. The area is busy due to the nearby resorts, but I did not find myself crashing into others too often.

Good for beginners! Stays calm even when the other beaches have a huge swell. It was nice! The hotel in front and has bathrooms and drinkable water. Nice little place! The water was a little murky the farther you went in.
