It was worth every penny—and we paid a LOT of pennies. My wife and I ended up doing it on a spur-of-the-moment decision (we walked in and set an appointment for 2 hours later), and it became the highlight of our vacation.
With the choice between CLIMB Works and the other one where they boast about Jurassic Park filming locations, I'd take CLIMB Works any day.
The course is beautiful—absolutely stunning—but that's not even the best part. The employees at CLIMB Works are top notch. They're easy to have fun with, and they obviously love what they do. The group we were with turned out to be such a fun group of people. It was the human factor that made CLIMB Works so amazing.
I'd recommend this as a great family activity, particularly if you have teenagers. It's slightly expensive for the average tourist, but worth every cent of you can afford to do it. The guides are professional and safety conscious, the scenery is breathtaking. The guides take you through a series of increasingly challenging rides but nothing that you can't handle. The biggest hurdles will be in your mind... once you are on that zip line you don't want to stop. I'd highly recommend this activity.
So much fun! Went with my friend and had a blast. The staff were great and made jokes and made it the best experience:) The views were amazing and we got to try samples of some of the stuff they grew there at the farm! We got to go backwards and upside down on a few of the lines and there were parts were you g to repel down. I highly recommend this to anyone!
The zip lines themselves were amazing, they start you on a small one and you work your way up to longer and higher zips. Great views of the coastline and mountains. The whole experience was no pressure, would be a really good activity for team building.
Our guides Luke, Matt as Sterling were super down to earth which made the whole experience more fun.
Definitely a must do if visiting Oahu! Worth the drive from Waikiki or stay up at the lovely North Shore.
10/10 experience. I was so scared to do this but I'm glad my boyfriend made me, it was awesome!
Right from the start we received great customer service. They were very helpful with booking our tour with our other parties. When we arrived at the location, the staff was very friendly and professional. Our guides; Ethan, Michael, and Jordan were awesome. We learned a lot from them and kept us engaged with the history of Keana Farms and of Hawaii. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how they kept the tour lively and fun. The tour was worth every penny. I would and have recommended this tour to friends back home. My only complaint is I can't rate the tour, the staff, and our guides a 10 out of 5 stars. They went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
We got back in the car after 3 hours of laughing, talking, taking in the views, and oh yeah ziplining on an amazing course. That's when my wife turned to me and said, "My cheeks hurt from smiling for 3 hours straight."
If you've got the money, do it. If you don't have the money, do it anyway. And if you get some kind of Groupon or special, don't let the opportunity pass you by.
